The ADHD symptoms that are significantly reduced by several studies are inattention, hyperactivity and being more impulsive. Cognitive problems, inattention and restlessness are far improved after a continuous intake of supplement high in omega-3.

The study result suggests that kids’ behavior can be influenced and altered by increase of fatty acids and incorporation of them in the diet plan.

Diet and Supplements Diet for omega-3 enriched foods is healthy option. But then most of the time, kids just hate to eat food that are rich with these fatty acids.
