Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Dummies, a Top 100 Book!

Guess what everyone! As of June 1st the cookbook is #75 out of the top 100, and it’s been climbing steadily over these past few days. One of my dear friends Stacey has purchased the book a few months ago and she has been cooking recipes out of the book to challenge herself to try new things and keep her family healthy. Stacey was also nice enough to send me pictures of her success, and I’d like to share with you what she has been making.
